COLLATERAL PROTECTION INSURANCE (C.P.I.) Involves the issuance of individual insurance policies for those not providing you with insurance coverage.
MORTGAGE GUARD INSURANCE Provides an individual All Risk insurance policy for residential properties. Fire and extended coverage may be provided for commercial properties. Coverage can be written for Demolition, Foreclosure Cost, and Liability.
HOME EQUITY PROTECTION A blanket portfolio coverage for financial institutions that grant, service, or administer second position loans.
FLOOD ZONE DETERMINATIONS AND FLOOD INSURANCE Provides certification for flood zones. If a property is determined to be in a flood zone, coverage may be written.
GAP INSURANCE Pays the remaining loan balance when a covered vehicle is declared a total loss caused by collision, theft, or other losses. The Gap Amount is the difference between the outstanding balance of a loan and the ACV (Actual Cash Value) of a vehicle.
